3. User Contributions & "Share Your Story"
By submitting content (stories, testimonials, photos) to our “Share Your Story” section:
- You grant GWHI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your contribution in any media (website, social media, annual reports) for advocacy and fundraising purposes.
- You warrant that the content is your own, does not violate the privacy rights of others, and is not defamatory.
- GWHI reserves the right to remove or edit any content that we deem inappropriate or inconsistent with our mission.
4. Donations and Refunds
- Authorization: By making a donation, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise selected via our international payment gateway.
- Refund Policy: As a non-profit organization, GWHI does not offer refunds on donations. However, if an error was made (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days at support@gwhi.org.pk. Refunds are granted at the discretion of the management.
Tax Exemption: GWHI is a registered non-profit in Pakistan. Tax exemption certificates are available upon request for eligible local donors.
5. Links to Third-Party Websites
