The Urgent Need: Silence breeds sickness. Young girls in Pakistan often face puberty, PCOS, and menstrual health issues without guidance due to cultural taboos. Our “Teen Talk” school workshops provide a safe, medically accurate space for girls to learn about their bodies, nutrition, and hygiene, empowering them to become healthy future leaders.

  • Impact Goal: Reach 20 Schools & 5,000 Students.
